Dress inspiration!!!

Ok so this little girl is wearing the dress that I want to make for Presleigh to wear in our family pics. It's actually a shabby apple dress, but it costs like $40 and heck if i'm paying that for a toddler dress. So i'm gonna hack it.

So this is my practice one that I made. I used some different material and tried a few different things on it just to play. I wanted to do a sleeve instead of the little ruffle sleeve, but I think i'll try a cap sleeve next time. These pictures don't really do the dress justice, it looks really cute on her. I'll let you know how the real one turns out.
