The last couple months have totally gotten away from me.  We have been super busy with so many projects and summer stuff that I have neglected the blog.  So here is the month of May according to my Instagram:)

Name and Blessing

We were able to have Holland's blessing last Sunday.  She was so happy that morning and was wide awake during her blessing.

Wayne gave her a beautiful blessing most of which was about being a good example and serving others. 

 He blessed her that she would gain a testimony early and use her knowledge to help others.  I am so grateful for the Priesthood.  I am grateful for a husband who holds and honors his Priesthood.

  Holland is so precious.  She is a special daughter of God and I hope that she will always know that and not get distracted by the world around her.  She is definitely one loved little girl:)

2 months

Holland is two months old and is so much fun.  She is starting to smile and coo.  Presleigh loves to see her smile and thinks that Holland doesn't like her when she can't get her to smile:)  Holland weighed 12 lbs 3 oz (85%) at her 2 month appointment.  She was 22 inches (40%) long and her head was 32 cm (30%).  She is starting to sleep better at night and usually sleeps from 11:00 to 4:30.  Last night she did a 10:30 to 6:30 stretch which was amazing.  She will only sleep on her belly which I am finally ok with.  She won't take a pacifier but is starting to suck on her hand a little for comfort.  Her eyes are a gray blue and look like both Pres and Noah's so i'm sure they will turn brown.  Her toenails are much much better.  She is a great and fast eater which is so nice.  We love our little baby Holland:)

Easter Day

Presleigh had so much fun finding the eggs that the Easter Bunny hid around the yard. 

because we had early morning church we had to wait until after church to take our pictures.  We had a hard time keeping our kids interested in taking pictures.

We had such a great Easter this year.  We had originally planned on blessing Holland on Easter but we weren't able to.  Juju and Laila came to town so we got to enjoy them for a few days. 

Easter Activities

Noah was getting so many eggs that we actually felt bad and threw a couple back on the grass.  This is a total switch from last year when he just stood there and watched.

I didn't buy the kids baskets this year so Presleigh got to use a Target bag instead:)

We died Easter eggs Saturday night.  They loved being able to dunk them in the dye and watch them change colors. 

The eggs were a little warm still when we were dying them so the kids would blow on them to cool them off.
