On Tuesday the 17th we went to a place called Fetal Fotos to have an ultrashound to find out the gender of the baby but the umbilical cord was in between the legs so she souldn't tell us for sure. So we went back today and we got to have another ultrasound of the baby and they told us that it is a girl. We are so excited to have our first baby be our baby Presleigh. You were so fund to watch. Today I drank a lot of orange juice so you had the hi-cups and were moving all over the place. The cutest was when you were scratching you forhead with your pointer finger. It was hard to tell if you were a boy or girl because you were being very shy and keeping your legs crossed. It was so cute. Your hands were flying all over the place and she told us that's good that you can move your hands like that. It was a very exciting day for your mom and dad, and we can't wait to hold you in our arms.

Your dad and I went to Montana last week for the 4th. It was fun. We got to see Christy and hang out with the fam. We camped out at my uncle Clark's house one night and Wayne played paintball for the first time. My great uncle Jean died while we were home, so that was rough on the family. We got back Sunday night. We've just been hanging out since then. We went to Grandma and Grandpa Taylor's on Monday and saw Joanna's baby lily, she's so cute. We're gonna find out in a couple weeks if we're having a boy or girl.

Saturday Wayne and John finished John's cement. Then Wayne took me on a date. We went to spaghetti factory and then we went to a few different shopping places and then we stopped at Maggie Moo's ice cream which is my favorite. I love the better batter cake carnival. Then we went over to Wayne's parents and watched Saturday's Warrior. Sunday Wayne went to church and I stayed in bed because I was too sick. I had to go into work at 4:30 and when I got home we watched "The Testaments." Today Wayne had work and school, and I had to work at 3:45. After work we made cookies for John and Michelle Taylor and then we walk them home.

The Beginning

This journal is a record of Wayne and My days. I want you to have an organized account of the things we do together. Right now we are 10 weeks pregnant and still don't know if we're ahving a boy or a girl. I will try to keep you updated on our first year of marriage. So let me catch you up until now. Wayne and I were married on February 3rd 2007. We had a reception with friends and family that night at a church. The next day was a sunday and we flew to Los Angeles, CA. We went on a 6 day cruise to Mexico. It stopped in Mazatlan and Cabo! When we got home we opened presents and tried to organize the house. On march 1st we spent 2 weeks in Layton babysitting Kent and Stacie's 3 kids. It was a very interesting 2 weeks. We then spent a couple weeks back at home. We contnued to organize and we also started painting. Then we spent April 2-20 in Dallas, TX. Wayne had a training there so I spent all day in a hotel room while he worked. When we got back from Dallas I painted more of the house. My mother came at the end of March with my Aunt Colleen and grandma. They came to visit. In the middle of April I went with Julie to Montana to visit. We were only there a few days. We found out that we were pregnant. The rest of May and up til now has been pretty uneventful. For my birthday Wayne bought us Faith and Tim McGraw tickets and he put new tires on my car. On June 11th we went to the concert and had a great time. I went with the young women last weekend to the Manti Pagent which was amazing. Tonight Wayne and John worked on cement on the side of John's house and last week they did ours. It turned out really nice. So that's were we're at right now.
